This was my first experience with furnished finder and it was BEYOND amazing! The host D and her husband Reid have done an incredible job with this place. D is simply amazing, she always checked on me and she had everything I needed already there for me. When I arrived I had nothing else to purchase besides simple personal items and food. She is very detail oriented and it felt so good to know she truly cared about our peace, happiness, and comfort. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them. I am so grateful for them and their kindness. I was far away from home on assignment, but I found comfort in knowing I had a home away from home in the space they provided!

This place was very clean!!! D is a sweetheart. She provides everything needed which was amazing, she comes & cleans the place for us. the bed is comfortable the overall place is great staying here you wont be disappointed.

Everything was organized from check in to check out. The guest house was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Large mirrored closet. Large kitchen length island. The coffee station, Brilliant idea. The host D, thought of everything, even snacks upon arrival. I was asking myself, What should I bring before arriving? The answer was, just yourself and clothing. Thats it!!! everything else was right there.

Our rental prices include all utilities, such as water, electricity, and gas, as well as screaming fast internet service. We also provide basic housekeeping services, such as weekly cleaning for all common areas.
You can make a reservation by contacting us directly through our website or by phone. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Once you have selected a room or property, we will provide you with a rental agreement to sign and instructions for payment.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we want to be as flexible as possible with our guests. However, we also rely on reservations to keep our business running smoothly. That’s why we have established the following cancellation policy:
Full refund for cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the check-in date.
50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the check-in date.
No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.
In the event of a cancellation, any applicable refunds will be issued within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all reservations made directly with us. If you have made a reservation through a third-party booking platform, the cancellation policy of that platform may apply instead.
