Welcome to our guest house located in this quiet neighborhood. Our goal is to help make you feel at home and as comfortable as possible. All our guests are mainly traveling professionals. After a long day out, you will enjoy coming home to a cozy Full-sized bed topped with a goose-down comforter, in a bedroom acclimatized to the perfect temperature of your liking. You may also enjoy relaxing in bed while streaming your favorite shows on the 55″ Smart TV or cooking in the beautiful kitchen.

Guest access
Follow the decorative concrete pathway to the left of the main house to access the front of the guest house (you will see the address 13387 shown on the left side of the main house… directing you to the side yard where the Guest house is located).
72 hours before your arrival you will receive a message with Check-in Details. 24 hours before your arrival you will receive a message with your access key code and Wifi connection information.

– We built and designed this house thinking of every detail to make your stay wonderful.
– Rest-assured that the details in each room will contribute to a very quiet peaceful place to stay.
– Guest house has 4 separate bedrooms with shared common areas.
– This home is located centrally in Eastvale surrounded by many new shopping and dining areas.
– 15 minute drive from Ontario Airport.
– 1 hour away from Los Angeles/Hollywood, Palm Springs, the beach, Mountains, and Disneyland amongst other fun attractions.
– Please note that we provide most supplies, however, because of individual taste we do NOT provide coffee or laundry detergent.
– This is a very quiet home, however, every Friday (for a short period of time) the landscaping crew will stop by and blow down the property.

- 1) No open flames in house (i.e. lighting candles or incense, etc.)
2) All owner provided items (i.e. utensils, equipment, containers, etc.) must remain on property.
3) No performing of any illegal activities!
4) No downloading or sharing any copyrighted materials over the internet. It has been thoroughly explained to me and I understand completely that if I violate this policy, the penalty will be immediate removal from the property, and payment of any violations that may arise from such occurrences.
5) Street parking is provided unless otherwise stated. Parking in the driveway to the property is NOT allowed if there are any fluid leaks on your vehicle (if any fluid leaks occur on the property, the tenant will be required to pay for any remediation costs that the owner incurs).
6) Tenant agrees to respect the rights, views, and property of other individuals that may be sharing space in this building.
7) Tenant agrees NOT to use the home address for any mail (there is NO mailbox setup for this address). Deliveries are acceptable to this address (i.e., UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.). If a mailbox is required, tenant agrees to purchase their own PO Box at a nearby location.
8) No partying.
9) If tenant violates a rule, we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your stay with NO refund.
10) Take precaution when using anything that is provided with the house. If damages to owner provided items occur, please notify the owner immediately so repairs may occur in a timely fashion, for a comfortable environment for any future/other guests.
