Boooking and Payment

  • Bookings must be made in writing via email, phone, or through our online booking system. 
  • Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. 
  • All prices are quoted in USD. 
  • We may need to verify your identity as part of the booking process. We may ask you to provide us with:
    • Legal name, address and/or other personal information: In some cases, these are sufficient for us to verify your identity.
    • Photo of your government ID: This could be a driving license, passport, identity card or visa. 
    • Selfie: We may need to ask you for a photograph in case we are unable to verify your Government ID. If you can’t provide a selfie that matches your Government ID, you can contact us for an alternative verification method.
  • The Host may ask for:
    • ID upon check-in, if done in person and if the requirement is in the Host’s house rules at the time of booking or as required under applicable laws.
  • Your identification information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and isn’t shared with your Host or guests.
  • Any background checks or credit checks will be paid for by the prospective tenant.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we want to be as flexible as possible with our guests. However, we also rely on reservations to keep our business running smoothly. That’s why we have established the following cancellation policy:

Full refund for cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the check-in date.
50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the check-in date.
No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.
In the event of a cancellation, any applicable refunds will be issued within 7 business days of the cancellation request.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all reservations made directly with us. If you have made a reservation through a third-party booking platform, the cancellation policy of that platform may apply instead.

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase Renter’s Insurance.

Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Late check-out may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
  • Early check-in may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

Maximum Occupancy

  • The home is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
  • Overcrowding is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • Children of all ages are considered guests and must be included in the total occupancy.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed in the house.

Smoking

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the property.
  • Any evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $500.

Damage and Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning fees incurred during their stay.
  • The property owner shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from any cause whatsoever.
  • Guests are encouraged to purchase Renter’s Insurance.

Quiet Hours

  • Guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, as well as other guests and their work schedules.

House Keeping

  • Cleaning of the common areas is provided on a weekly basis.
  • The guest room will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.
  • Linens and towels are provided upon arrival.

Disclaimer

  • The property owner makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the house or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained in the house for any purpose.
  • Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. 

House Rules

1) No open flames in house (i.e., lighting candles or incense, etc.)

2) All owner provided items (i.e., utensils, equipment, containers, etc.) must remain on property.

3) No performing of any illegal activities!

4) No downloading or sharing any copyrighted materials over the internet. It has been thoroughly explained to me and I understand completely that if I violate this policy, the penalty will be immediate removal from the property, and payment of any violations that may arise from such occurrences. 

5) Street parking is provided unless otherwise stated. Parking in the driveway to the property is NOT allowed if there are any fluid leaks on your vehicle (if any fluid leaks occur on the property, the tenant will be required to pay for any remediation costs that the owner incurs). 

6) Tenant agrees to respect the rights, views, and property of other individuals that may be sharing space in this building. 

7) Tenant agrees NOT to use the home address for any mail (there is NO mailbox setup for this address). Deliveries are acceptable to this address (i.e., UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.). If a mailbox is required, tenant agrees to purchase their own PO Box at a nearby location.

8) No partying.

9) If tenant violates a rule, we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your stay with NO refund.

10) Take precaution when using anything that is provided with the house. If damages to owner provided items occur, please notify the owner immediately so repairs may occur in a timely fashion, for a comfortable environment for any future/other guests.

11) Commercial photography and filming are not allowed.

12) Smoking, vaping, ecigarettes are not allowed inside the house.

13) Events and visitors are not allowed without permission from the owner of the property.

14) Pool may be used by guests. The spa is attached to the pool, however, the spa and pool are not heated.
